職責描述:
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Executive Education and Campus
Director of China campus in Suzhou in the SKEMA Business School.
Under his authority, his responsibilities will be to implement the commercial development of
training activities, mainly in relation to the customized programmes.
His role will therefore be one of an “opener” and he will have an involvement in the following
areas:
- Contribution to the development of SKEMA’s commercial strategy.
- Implementation of commercial activities in B to B.
- Prospecting for a portfolio of major accounts using the school’s network of partners.
- Responding to incoming tenders, including coordinating the various parties, tenured
professors and external stakeholders.
- Commercial follow-up / support for customers in relation to ongoing activities.
- Observation / monitoring of the market and sharing of information with the aim of
anticipating and adapting to current developments.

His market intelligence and skill in pedagogical engineering will allow him to adapt to the
specific aspects of each customer’s requests:
- He will be able to help or advise each customer in order to clarify the customer’s needs
and to implement his strategy.
- He will be able to contribute to the formulation of all types of business school internal
educational propositions in association with the consultants.
- He will be able to demonstrate that he is an effective point of contact, capable of
motivating the appropriate and competent expert to carry out a project.
- He will be able to highlight the credentials and the expertise of the consultants, their
educational and technical competence and their political and human know-how, during
projects, as well as issues around authority and the interactions of the various parties.
- He will be capable of proposing actions requiring imagination, for example for a project
for strategic change necessitating joint guidance and implementation between the
company’s management and the SKEMA consultants.
Dynamism and entrepreneurial ability. The desired candidate will be required to undertake
active commercial activities which will include:
- improving customer loyalty and retention,
- the monitoring and reminder steps necessary for considering follow-up to
training/education delivered previously,
- responses to tenders,
- prospecting for new customers by exploiting contacts resulting from full inter-company
sessions and his personal contacts etc.

- Bachelor degree or above, Master or MBA is preferable,?
- Good command of English, fluent in both oral and written
- Focus on high-level sales of complex products; ability to listen to the customer and to suggest
an appropriate solution to him
- Strategic selling skills: understanding of the network, ability to gain a complete
understanding of a client
- Strong Negotiating skills
- Ability to get teams working, with strong project management knowledge and experience
- Focus on service, customer focus
- Rigour, accuracy
- Knowledge of management disciplines is preferable
