職責(zé)描述：Optimize manufacturing processes with focus on TTR Area.Coordinate new product/process introduce in TTR area.Be responsible to design, qualify and manage indirect materials (IDM)Participate in multi-functional teams to resolve problems.Lead in continuous improvements, process enhancement and cost reduction programs.Work with internal manufacturing partners to resolve technical and quality issues.Customer oriented. Maintain product quality, manufacturing effectiveness and resolution of process difficulties through effective statistical analysis, designed experiments, and procedural changes.Implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own departmentUnderstand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001, and also put forward amendment scheme in own working field.任職要求：
