職責描述:
1IT Maintenance
1.1Proper maintenance of the company’s IT system.
1.2Coordinate with the regional/global HQs for obtaining updates and controlling the access and logins.
1.3Diagnose user problem and offer solutions.
2Hardware maintenance / network support
2.1Maintain a high uptime of Frame Relay (and/or other IT communication infrastructure). All frame relay disruptions are to be notified and conveyed to the service provider in conjunction with BSS/HH.
2.2Regularly review and maintain to prevent breakdown.
2.3Support /administrate Suzhou users in using the local area network.
Help to diagnose user problem and suggest solution. Liaise with vendors and users if further actions are required.
2.4Monitor and track the health of the network using tools available and advice on the best course of action to be taken based on economical and technological feasibility.
2.5Act as the point of contact with HQ & BSS in IT related issues.
3Application Support
3.1Support users in the standard application software packages used (in line with the standard software approved by BSS / HQ); helps to diagnose problems faced by users and suggest viable solution.
3.2Navision account application and administration support for the company.
Assist ERP users for continuous improvement of reporting and key functions regarding MPS, MRP, Finance modules, inventory modules etc.
3.3SAP account administration support for the company.
4Coordinate all IT hardware/software procurement
4.1Review all requests for IT-related procurements and advise on the most suitable specifications and source. Coordinate all IT-related procurements.
5Enforce Information Security policy (ISP)
5.1Ensure compliance to ISP by all employees of the company. Any breach shall be investigated and reported to the F&C Manager. It shall include regular anti-virus updates and data protection through systematic back-ups.
5.2Enforce IT-related standards and procedures including: IT-related authorization documents and access rights control to comply with tesa internal audit standards.
6Data security and recovery
6.1Regular backups of shared and other user folders in the servers. In the event of HDD crash leading to data loss, shall assist and if required, coordinate with external agencies for recovery of lost data.
6.2Coordinate activities to make users aware on the need for regular data backup.
7Training
7.1 Assist and aid all users in making best possible use of the installed software’s. It shall include organizing training for users, in consultation with the concerned head of department, in specific areas if required.
8Supervisory responsibilities
8.1Manages direct reportees and responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the section.
8.2Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
8.3Responsible for local/group IT related projects
任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree in IT related discipline; around 6 years relevant working experience in multi-national company .
2. ERP software supporting experience is a must; Microsoft Navision or SAP experience is an advantage;
3. Good spoken and written in English
4. Good communication skills, Customer Service orientated, proactive and team work.
