關鍵職責：

1.熟悉汽車構造原理，了解燃機發動機、發電機組的運行原理及相關參數指標；

2.按時參加班組的安全活動和安全培訓，學習安全操作知識，嚴格遵守安全工作規程和安全技術措施；

3.交接班前、后進行安全檢查及各項數據核實；

4.認真填寫各項記錄，保證數據準確無誤；

5.定期巡檢以確保機組運轉正常；

6.及時匯報異常情況，嚴格按照兩票執行相關操作；

7.按照要求對機組進行日常的維護、保養和檢修；

8.完成領導交辦的其他任務；

任職資格：

1.大專及以上學歷，電氣自動化、工控、機電一體化、機械設計、汽車檢測與維修等相關專業，有相關上崗資證優先；

2.有一年以上電氣、機械相關工作經驗者優先；

3.工作認真細致，吃苦耐勞，能服從調配；

晉升方向：電廠管理方向：運行員---運行儲備干部---運行主任---（副）廠長---生產總監

技術方向：技術員---初級工程師---中級工程師---高級工程師
